After having worked my way through university, a standard "9-5" job was not on the cards. I had dreamed of travelling my whole life, and with little to no money in the bank, all my savings were poured into completing basic entry level courses into the yachting industry. 

9 years later, many countries traveled, and an abundance of knowledge absorbed, both about the high end yachting world, and the clientele that come with it, it was time to come home. 

 

Making it work on home soil after yachting is not an easy task, however following my heart, I stumbled upon a laundry business for sale.

It was a fairly quick decision, and transfer occurred on the 1st March 2020. Needless to say, it was a rougher start than anyone could have possible predicuced, however I spent this time rebranding the business and fully renovating the store. 

 

Laundry had become a passion while working in the yachting industry, and it was an awesome opportunity to run this business alongside holiday rentals apartments I had invested in. I am fully aware of the repercussions of laundry not being managed correctly, and my goal was to create job opportunities, provide a high level of service, at an affordable price.

In order to achieve this goal I spent the first few years working closely with my staff and passing on as much knowledge as possible. 

 

I firmly believe in uplifting and educating the community, and this is hopefully my tiny way of making a difference, even if only to a few families. 

 

It is due to the local support that the business has survived a few very challenging years, and I can't thank the community enough for that.

 

I continue to believe in my dream of educating and uplifting those I can. 

 

My staff are incredile, and although I'm not always on site, we work very closely together throughout the day, and continue to try and maintain the high level of service we strive for.
